Muse Bistro & Wine Bar

Mediterranean Bistro · Wine Bar · Bucharest
Muse Bistro & Wine Bar was a quietly iconic spot in the heart of Bucharest. A basement bistro on Strada Paris 17, steps away from Piața Victoriei, that brought together the warmth of a Greek taverna, the laid-back elegance of a French bistro and the cosmopolitan energy of a contemporary restaurant. Mediterranean at its core and French-inflected in spirit, Muse was a place for fine tastes, good vibes and full glasses, exactly as its tagline promised.
Oaza Advertising joined Muse from the very beginning, building the brand from the ground up and staying through three years of growth, reinvention and over forty Friday night concerts. When the bistro closed its doors in November 2018, it left behind a loyal community, a distinctive visual identity and a Bucharest that was slightly better for having had it.
The materials and events featured here represent only a fraction of the work delivered over three years of collaboration.

Muse had a vibrant weekly life that needed to be communicated consistently and with personality. Oaza Advertising designed a recurring system of daily social media templates, one per day of the week, to create rhythm in the feed and build a recognisable visual presence, alongside event covers and promotional graphics for a full calendar of activations. Over three years, Muse hosted more than forty live concerts, held every Friday night with Oaza Advertising handling everything from concept and artist sourcing to technical production and all communication and promotional materials surrounding each event.
At the heart of the content strategy was the menu itself: a culinary voyage signed by Chef Silviu Furdui. Oaza Advertising built the social media presence around the dishes, desserts and drinks that defined the Muse experience, translating the kitchen's personality into a consistent visual and editorial language.
Muse's Facebook page has since been taken down along with the rest of the brand's digital presence when the bistro closed. The selection featured here is a curated sample of that work: each post a reflection of the visual identity and tone of voice built for the brand. The product photography was created by culinary photographer Victor Arsene.
